Money is not a shortcut
Nothing costs money today. There is no fee, nothing to pay and nothing held back.
Money can never become toil, and toil can never become money. Toil comes from recorded work. A ping source can claim work as cheaply as a cron line. If toil could be bought or sold for cash, that cron job would print money. So money never buys toil.
What money will buy
Decor, eventually. House-authored things will come first. They will change how a habitat looks, not what lives there or how quickly it fills. Creator-made decor may follow. None of this is built yet.
What money will never buy
Money will never buy toil, a habitat, a creature, faster growth or more capacity. Those come from time you recorded and the toil it earned.
Why it costs nothing today
This is a pilot. Nothing has been built to charge you. There is no paid plan and no feature waiting behind one.
What it costs to run
Running the pilot costs very little today. Almost nothing has to happen for it to keep working. More people and more habitats will cost more, so today's running cost is not a promise about tomorrow.
